Denysmotion is operated by Denys Horbachevskyi, who is the controller of the personal data described here. Use the form on the Contact page for privacy questions or requests.

Contact and inquiry forms store your name, email address and the brief you write so the studio can reply. The project estimator stores your selections and calculated totals; it is linked to you only if you send it with an inquiry.

Free-template requests store your email address and a purpose-limited delivery record so the site can send and verify the short-lived link you requested. The Snake arcade stores your email address when you claim a discount and keeps minimized, one-way request evidence for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

The newsletter stores your email address and consent evidence only after you select a separate marketing checkbox. Subscription starts only after you click the confirmation link.

Checkout takes place on Gumroad. This site does not receive or store payment-card details.

Requested replies, estimates, free-template delivery and discount delivery are processed to take steps you ask for or to provide the requested service. Security, rate limiting and fraud prevention rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the site and its users. Marketing email and optional analytics measurement each rely on your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

No transactional request — an inquiry, estimate, free template or discount code — subscribes you on its own. Marketing requires an unticked checkbox you choose to select and a confirmation link you click. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect anything you bought or requested.

The application uses first-party session and security cookies needed for forms, authentication and abuse protection. Theme, game and consent preferences may be stored in your browser. The Cookie settings control keeps optional preference, analytics and marketing-storage categories off until you choose them; its marketing-cookie choice is separate from the explicit email checkbox.

Optional visit measurement uses Google Analytics 4 and runs only after you enable the analytics category in Cookie settings. Until then no analytics script is loaded and nothing is sent to Google. With your consent, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*, kept for up to two years) and collects aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, device type and approximate region. You can withdraw this consent at any time from Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawal stops measurement and removes the analytics cookies from your browser.

There are no advertising pixels or cross-site advertising cookies installed. Where request metadata is retained for abuse prevention, the application stores minimized one-way evidence rather than using it for advertising profiles.

The hosting provider stores the application data needed to run this site, and the email provider processes addresses and message content needed to deliver requested or confirmed email. Gumroad separately processes checkout and purchase data under its own privacy terms. If you enable the analytics category, Google processes the usage data described in the Cookies section as a provider of Google Analytics under its own data-processing terms. Data is not sold or rented. Other disclosure occurs only when required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Records are kept only for the service, support, security and legal purposes described here. Inquiry and linked-estimate records are reviewed when the conversation is no longer relevant. Free-template verification links expire after 30 minutes. Snake sessions expire after 30 minutes, reward links after 48 hours, and old session telemetry is removed after 30 days. Newsletter records remain while the subscription is active; a minimal suppression record is retained after unsubscribe so marketing is not sent again by mistake. Consent-based analytics cookies last up to two years, and aggregated analytics reports are retained by Google Analytics for 14 months.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link. Send a request through the Contact page; a response is provided without undue delay and normally within one month. You may also complain to the data-protection authority for your habitual residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.
